Learn about the benefits of adding a hedgerow to your landscape!

Thank you for those who joined us for “Discover Hedgerows” last fall. This spring, we are bringing back this popular learning opportunity with more information and a brand-new hedgerow installation project! Join Thurston Conservation District, WSU Extension, and Oyster Bay Farm for another hedgerow-related learning opportunity.

The material in “Discover Hedgerows Part 2: Planning & Implementing Your Hedgerow,” will build on lessons shared in “Discover Hedgerows Part 1 – Hedgerows: What & Why?” (Nov 1, 2023 recording available on our videos page).

Highlights will include:

  • Design for your goals
  • Size & placement
  • Site assessment basics
  • Site preparation
  • Planting plan examples

We encourage you to join us for one or both events! Let us know you’re coming! RSVP here
